Foot Reflexology is an ancient healing art that heals with the principal that there are reflex areas on the face, feet, hands and ears which correspond with the organs and glands within the human body.
By applying gentle pressure on specific points on the foot the energetic pathways within the body allows the body to heal on all levels physically, mentally and emotionally.
A Foot Reflexology treatment involves the gentle pressure applied to the foot which relates to many different points throughout the body, to realease blockages that cause discomfort, illness and eventually leads to disease.

Foot Reflexolgy Session
During a reflexology session the points are worked on by applying even, gentle but firm pressure in a slow and even pace, covering the whole foot.
A Reflexologist should work slowly and gently applying pressure to each point on the hand, foot or ear whilst covering all the reflexology zones to clear energy blockages within the whole body for optimal health.
Although the feet are one of the most sensitive areas of the body a reflexology treatment should be pleasant and relaxing, which enables one to drift into deep relaxation during a session.
Following a Reflexolgy session you should feel brighht alert, envigorated and full of energy and vitality.
A reflexology session should never be painful or distressing.
